Company History:
Versa Corp Mechanical was founded in 2004 by partners Kevin Hooper and Wendy Bullard. With Kevin’s reputation in the industry, the business was an instant success. Our success was met with nearly $1.1 million increase in sales in our second year for an 85% rate of growth achieved with only one full time employee. When Ms. Bullard left the company in 2005, Earl Benson joined Kevin Hooper as a shareholder in VersaCorp. We continued to increase revenue more than 85% in 2005, 29% in 2006 and 20% in 2007 while growing to employee over 30 full time personnel and over 75 part time personnel. In 2008, Kevin Hooper remains the driving force behind VersaCorp Mechanical’s success and will take the company into the future with the same commitment as when it was founded.
